180G - Lighting, Sound & Projection
Safety Training
We start with an online orientation for electrical, ladder, and basic shop safety. We then meet in person and tour the spaces we will be working in. Additional safety trainings for Aerial Work Platforms, counterweight systems, and Fall Arrest/Restraint will be held.
|
Production Support
We discover how the entire lighting system functions and how to repair parts when they break. After this, we support departmental shows through preparing all necessary equipment for the tech and performance process. Maintenance and elective training is performed between shows.
|
Advanced Training
For those who wish to train to become lighting, sound, or projection crew during shows we will hold trainings on the consoles and workflows needed for technical rehearsals.
